The team at Lancaster Kitchens & Bath did an incredible job renovating my master bathroom. These folks keep their promises! A responsive, skilled team is with you every step of the process from the initial consult and design, to support for material selection, and a friendly onsite crew who knew their stuff. They know how to listen, pivot when changes are needed, and use great materials. Special shout out to Dennis whose customer service really sold me on their approach and Hannah who assisted in translating a paper design into what you see in the photos by working with me closely on selecting all the materials. She has a great eye! There were so many awesome folks like Farmer who came to my house and treated it like their own- if I try to name them all, I’ll miss someone. Highly recommend!

Great people producing beautiful results! From Sales to the Office, this team was incredible. It started with a fun and exciting sales experience. Mark was a blast to work with and helped us bring this amazing kitchen to life. Chris’ blueprint and design maximized our space and improved the layout tremendously. Then step in Keith, Blain, Matt, Ryan, Dylan, Rob and all of the guys who’s efforts and craftsmanship made this picture of a dream kitchen a reality. Professional, courteous, respectful, friendly, knowledgeable-all of the things you want from a team for a major project. I can’t thank you all enough!

We had Lancaster remodel our kitchen and are very happy with the end product. We were comfortable with the team being in our home. Steve took a lot of pride in his work and was sure we were always satisfied with the end product. The team listened to all our ideas and also offered lots of ideas to help us get to the final product we wanted. We would use Lancaster again for future projects.

My experience with Lancaster Kitchen and Bath was exceptional from the beginning to the end. I have a small 1939 Cape Cod in Chester County with only one bathroom. I worked with multiple people throughout the process from design to installation. We both came with good ideas and together found the right way forward for my bathroom. This included converting a tub to a walk-in shower, converting galvanized pipe to PEV, tiling the floors and walls, adding a new vanity and toilet, and creatively installing a barn door in a house with low ceilings. They helped me select fixtures, lighting, faucets, curbs, and paint color. They all were both respectful of my ideas and preferences but also willing to make suggestions and steer me in another direction based on their expertise. In a house with only one bathroom, they offered me creative solutions, so I was only out of a toilet for 1.5 days. I appreciate their flexibility and willingness to address my needs. I am ecstatic about the end result. Love my new bathroom. I would highly recommend this company to my friends and family.

From beginning to end of this process the Employees of Lancaster Kitchens and Baths were Professional, friendly and became family. It was a large job so we saw them daily for a while so it was good that we liked everyone. We had some ideas of what we wanted but also needed some guidance and they had beautiful ideas for our rooms. We would definitely recommend them and plan on having them do additional work for us in the future. Thanks Everyone!!

The best I experience I have had. The whole team is dedicated and take pride in their work. Our bathroom was completely remodeled and it is better than expected. The communication was consistent, and every detail accounted for. Highly recommend!!
